SERVICES
We offer a wide range of support and services on matter relating to workplace health and safety in the areas of Risk Management, Auditing and Incident Investigation.
Risk Management
Identifying hazards in the workplace and managing risk is an essential part of creating a safe work environment. Everyone has an obligation to identify and report potential hazards and adopt safe work practices in everything they do. Organisations with a good safety culture and efficient safety systems in place this becomes second nature.
Under the workplace health and safety act it is now a requirement that officers including company directors have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety matters. A clear safety strategy on how the organisation will manage health and safety at work including a communication strategy to disseminate and receive information should be in place.
Organisations should consider engaging the services of a external safety consultant if specialist advice is required or if you do not have a dedicated resource with suitable skills and knowledge. Safety consultants can advise on issues impacting on the health and safety of workers such as hazards in the workplace, environmental considerations, ergonomic assessments, safety management systems, or developing and improving the safety culture of the organisation.
Our programs are designed to overlay your existing structures, not create new ones. We understand one size doesn’t fit all, so WHSE Consultants will help you integrate our safety programs into your workplace with flexible delivery options with a combination of ‘in-house’ and consultant delivered options available.
